Synergy Modular, a second-generation and family-owned construction company focusing on commercial modular projects, joins Sam Hunt Racing as a primary team partner for five races in 2024.
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 24, 2024) – Sam Hunt Racing (SHR) announces today that Synergy Modular, a Seattle, Washington and Scottsdale, Arizona-based commercial general contracting company, will join Sam Hunt Racing as a primary partner for five races in 2024 with full-season associate placements. Synergy Modular will begin its primary partnership at Dover Motor Speedway on April 27 with Corey Heim at the helm.
“It didn’t take long for me to realize the symmetry between Synergy’s mission and core values with those I have at SHR – which has made this adventure organic and fulfilling already,” said Sam Hunt, owner of Sam Hunt Racing.
Synergy Modular was created to address the labor shortages and rising costs in the affordable housing market, focusing on developing and building affordable housing as well as market-rate multi-family, student, and senior housing, hotels, and quick-service retail. Synergy Modular prides itself on its program that allows for better quality developments in half the time, at a fixed cost.
“Justin [Stewart, CEO of Synergy Inc.] has created a unique culture that thrives to develop, inspire, and lead great people within their industry – which couldn’t be more true to our goals in motorsports,” said Sam Hunt. “We both share a vision to make a positive impact on people – past the boundaries of our respective industries, and we look forward to growing together for years to come on and off the track.”
The No. 26 Synergy Modular GR Supra will be adorned in Synergy’s electric blue, black, and gray colors with a unique geometric pattern symbolizing modular construction builds that is also symbolized in Synergy’s S-Badge logo.
“I am happy Tony made the introduction to Sam and Sam Hunt Racing,” said Justin Stewart, CEO of Synergy Inc. “Tony Priscaro is the Founder and President of PK Velocity Sports & Entertainment, a sports marketing agency that represents Stewart and his company. We’re honored and excited to make the leap into the NASCAR Industry with Sam Hunt Racing and to continue growing our company in new markets. It’s exciting to make this jump into a new industry with a company we share so many values with like Sam Hunt Racing. Sam and I align in the way we approach and run our respective businesses, creating an opportunity to work together that only made sense.”
The BetRivers 200 at Dover Motor Speedway will take place on Saturday, April 27 at 1:30PM ET. Viewers and listeners can tune in to FOX Sports 1, the Performance Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Channel 90.
Synergy Modular’s full primary schedule and driver lineup will be announced at a later time.
