CONCORD, N.C.: Venturini Motorsports announced today the signing of former ARCA Menards Series Champion, Mason Mitchell, to a three-race deal for the upcoming 2025 race season.
Mitchell, a native of West Des Moines, Iowa, will slide back into the drivers seat at Kansas Speedway for both the Spring and Fall ARCA races, as well as compete at his home track, Iowa Speedway on August 1.
Throughout his ARCA career the thirty-year old driver has competed in 56 events over eight seasons. Highlighted by his 2014 Series Championship, Mitchell has claimed a total of three victories, twenty-five top-5’s and forty-five top-10 finishes to go along with seven General Tire Pole Awards.
“I feel at home racing in the ARCA series, the success, the relationships, and time spent with the series, I enjoy it a lot, says Mitchell. “Kansas and Iowa are my favorite places because of them being in my backyard, the success we’ve had and they always provide for great racing!
“VMS and I have had a competitive but positive relationship over the years, our one off race in 2015 was great and now we will have a few races to prepare to go win.”
Mitchell has made one previous start driving under the VMS banner, finishing second at Berlin Raceway in 2015.
Finding success in America’s heartland, the veteran driver has twelve combined starts between Kansas and Iowa Speedway’s, tallying two of his career wins, seven top-five’s and eleven top-ten finishes.
Competing in the ARCA Menards Series since 1982, Venturini Motorsports, paired with Toyota, is the premier driver development team with 107 all-time victories across all of ARCA’s race
platforms.
