TEMPERANCE, Mich. – Race fans headed to Kansas Speedway in September will see a sweet new name attached to the ARCA Menards Series race that opens the weekend: the Reese’s 150.
Already a sponsor of “The Sweet Move of the Race” in all 34 races across the ARCA Menards Series platform, the new entitlement announcement will see the Reese’s branding at one of the biggest race weekends of the season.
Reeses150logo Final“The ARCA Menards Series has raced at Kansas Speedway at least once a year since the track opened in 2001 and was the headlining race of the track’s opening weekend,” said ARCA president Ron Drager. “Since 2020 we’ve raced twice a year at Kansas Speedway. It’s important for our teams and partners to be able to be a part of conjunction weekends with the NASCAR National Series, and the fall weekend at Kansas is an opportunity to be a part of a weekend with all three, the NASCAR Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.”
Jason Jarrett, grandson of NASCAR Hall of Famer Ned Jarrett and son of three-time Daytona 500 winner Dale Jarrett, scored the victory in the first ARCA Menards Series race at Kansas Speedway in April 2001. Other winners include Frank Kimmel, Shelby Howard, Ryan Hemphill, Chad Blount, Scott Lagasse, Jr., Scott Speed, Parker Kligerman, Ty Dillon, Alex Bowman, Spencer Gallagher, Mason Mitchell, Chase Briscoe, Michael Self, Sheldon Creed, Christian Eckes, Bret Holmes, Corey Heim, Ty Gibbs, Nick Sanchez, Jesse Love, and Connor Mosack.
