CONCORD, NC (Dec. 9, 2024) – The holidays are in full swing at Speedway Christmas presented by Atrium Health and this week’s lineup is packed full of family fun, festive shopping and ways to spread holiday cheer.
Here’s all this week has to offer at Speedway Christmas:
THE MOVIE:
“Treat every day like Christmas” with another edition of Queen City News Movie Nights. Join Buddy the Elf Thursday through Sunday with Elf presented by Autobell. The first running of the show begins at 6:30 p.m. with a second screening immediately following for a double dose of Christmas cheer.
THE VENDORS:
Head to the Christmas Village for a treasure trove of handcrafted gifts at every corner. Stay warm with Farm & Fleece winter accessories and adorable animal-themed gifts. Stop by Uncommonly Male and browse through a collection of beard balms and oils perfect for gifting.
Don’t miss Thread & Flame’s handmade crocheted crafts from stuffed animals to home decor items. These vendors and more will fill the village Thursday through Sunday for the perfect holiday shopping stop.
REMEMBER THE MAGIC:
Give back while enjoying the fun this season. Support the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Explorers Toy Drive Dec. 12. Bring two new unwrapped toys to the front gate and receive $5 off admission.
WHAT’S NEW::
Friday from 6 to 10 p.m., Signing Santa will make his grand return to the infield Christmas Village. Families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing are invited to experience the magic of Christmas as Santa welcomes visitors of all ages in a unique and heartwarming way using American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate.
Children can visit Signing Santa in his workshop to share holiday wishes, capture festive photos and enjoy activities with the big man in red.
TICKETS:
The 15th annual Speedway Christmas presented by Atrium Health will be open nightly from Nov. 22 to Jan. 5, with the exception of Christmas Eve. Tickets are sold per vehicle, starting at $35 Monday through Wednesday and $45 Thursday through Sunday nights.
For expedited access, Express Lane passes are available, starting at $75 per vehicle, on nights the Christmas village is open. Get $5 off your ticket all season long by presenting a Coca-Cola product at the gate.
