AUSTIN, Texas (Dec. 5, 2024) – NASCAR fans can now enjoy financial flexibility while securing their seats for the Feb. 28 – March 2 EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix race weekend at Circuit of The Americas (COTA).
NASCAR at COTA has partnered with three leading digital financial services companies – PayPal, Klarna and Zip – to allow fans the ability to purchase their seats now and pay later. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster, the official ticketing partner of NASCAR and Speedway Motorsports.
PayPal, which operates globally in more than 200 markets and has more than 400 million active registered accounts, is offering its “Pay Later” option, where four equal payment installments are withdrawn from the ticket purchaser’s PayPal account.
Klarna, with a global community of 85 million active users and more than 550,000 retailers, allows customers to use their credit card for four equal payments following an identity check and creating an account.
Both options are interest free and carry a $1,500 cap.
Zip, with more than 79,000 merchants and six million customers, also provides fair and seamless solutions to simplify how people pay with affordable payment plans. Zip’s “buy now, pay later” plan has customers pay in four interest-free installments that are due every two weeks.
When purchasing tickets for the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix, the option for a payment plan as well as the schedule will come up during the checkout process.
The fifth annual EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix will move up from its traditional late March date to the third NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) race of the 2025 season on Sunday, March 2 at 3:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. CT (TV: FOX | Radio: PRN and SiriusXM).
