CONCORD, N.C.: As the New Year rings in, Venturini Motorsports (VMS) announces the signing of driver Lawless Alan for 2025 ARCA Menards Series season. The twenty-four-year-old will pilot VMS’ No. 20 AUTOParkit Toyota Camry beginning with the series’ season opener next month at Daytona International Speedway.
“Super excited to make this announcement with Venturini Motorsports,” said Alan. “This is a great opportunity to be in topflight equipment each week and have the reassurance of the team and amazing manufacturer like Toyota behind me. I can’t thank everyone enough for making this deal happen, especially the ongoing support from AUTOparkit, they make this happen.
“It feels good to have this type of confidence going into the season. Knowing Venturini has the resources allows me to be more aggressive with my mindset. I fully expect to compete each week for wins. I think once I see my name at the top of the speed charts, I know we’ll be ready for business,” added Alan.
While competing mostly full time in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series over the last four years, the Van Nuys, California native has also made seven career starts in ARCA’s top series since 2020. Six of Alan’s series starts came last season, earning a season high fifth-place finish at the Milwaukee Mile to accompany his five top-10 finishes.
In 2024, Alan, a University of Alabama graduate, also claimed a career best fifth place finish at Talladega Superspeedway in the Truck Series.
Rising the ranks out west running Late Models, Alan won Kern County Speedway’s 2018 Winter Showdown and took home the NASCAR Home Tracks Championship that same year. In 2019, Alan took his talents to the Trans Am presented by Pirelli series, taking home Rookie of the Year honors and finishing fifth overall in the series championship standings.
Alan and long-time sponsor AUTOparkit will make their debut with VMS during ARCA’s preseason test at Daytona coming Thursday and Friday of this week. Alan joins VMS teammate, Isabella Robusto as the organization’s two full time drivers during this year’s upcoming 20-event season campaign.
Competing in the ARCA Menards Series since 1982, Venturini Motorsports, paired with Toyota, is the premier driver development team with 107 all-time victories across all of ARCA’s race platforms.
